Subscription and top-up are different. Your annual SMS subscription activates the service, contact capacity and Sender ID workflow, and includes the paid package credits shown at checkout. Top-ups add pay-as-you-go credits without changing your subscription.

Compare annual standalone, TelPOS ERP and ERP + Bulk SMS subscriptions on the main TelPOS pricing page. Registration starts at zero; package credits and any configured verified bonus are transferred only after payment confirmation.

Do I need TelPOS ERP?
No. You can create a standalone TelPOS Bulk SMS account and use the web portal or mobile app independently.
Does the app send through my phone SIM?
No. Campaigns are securely queued and sent by the TelPOS backend through the configured SMS provider.
Will the app upload all my phone contacts?
No. Contact access starts off, requires operating-system permission, and only contacts you explicitly select are synchronized.
Are web and mobile balances the same?
Yes. The backend account, SMS ledger, packages, contacts and campaigns are shared across every TelPOS interface.
