Vfd-System is an application system directly connected to the TRA Tax Administrator Server to enable taxpayers to issue fiscal receipts with QR Code in real-time. Through the platform, taxpayers can register products and services, record sales transactions, print or share fiscal receipts with customers, and view different reports depending on the selected package.

The application is available on the POS device so the taxpayer can register products, make sales, and print fiscal receipts in real-time.

POS runs on POS devices for product registration, sales and receipt printing. Mobile runs on smartphones for sales, printing and receipt sharing. Portal runs online for store sales, products, transactions and reports.
Pricing is split between POS and Mobile packages. Installation and configuration are paid during setup, while annual subscription is free for the first year and charged from the second year onward.
Yes. Any programmable system can integrate with the Vfd-System API after the business account and integration credentials are configured.
In order to get a new WebVFD account, The following documment must be submitted; Legal Business TIN Certificate TIN Owner ID (NIDA, Driving Licence, Passport, Voter’s ID) Business License UIN Form (well filled and signed by business owner) VFD Application letter
It takes between 3 to 5 working days to get your Vfd-System account setup ready.
All prices are charged annually and are 18% VAT exclusive. TZS 250,000/= integration fee is paid upon registration.
