Request account deletion
This public form works even if you cannot sign in. TelPOS verifies ownership before deleting an account or app data.
What will be deleted
After verification, TelPOS deletes or anonymizes the account profile, mobile sessions, imported contacts, app preferences, templates, campaigns and other app-specific personal data associated with the requested account.
Payment, fiscal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute and regulatory records may be retained only when required by law or a legitimate security obligation. They are deleted or anonymized when that retention period ends.
